Credentials: MBA, Cornell University School of Hotel Administration; 15+ years in luxury hospitality development, including roles with Aman Resorts and as a consultant for private island projects in Southeast Asia.
Bio: Banyu founded Indonesia Private Island to bridge the gap between the world’s most discerning travelers and the archipelago’s hidden gems. Raised between Jakarta and Sumba, he possesses a unique understanding of both international luxury standards and the nuances of Indonesian culture. Sari Dewi
Director of Operations & Logistics
Credentials: Certified PADI Divemaster; ASITA (Association of the Indonesian Tours & Travel Agencies) Certified Tour Leader; 12 years managing luxury phinisi liveaboards in Komodo and Raja Ampat.
Bio: Sari is our logistical genius and the heart of our on-the-ground operations. There is no challenge too complex for her, from coordinating private jet arrivals at remote airstrips like Tambolaka (TMC) in Sumba to navigating the intricate permit requirements for the Cenderawasih Bay whale shark sanctuary. Sari has personally sailed the routes, dived the reefs, and built personal relationships with captains, harbor masters, and local guides across the archipelago. Her unwavering focus on safety and seamless execution ensures every journey unfolds flawlessly.

Bio: Andi manages our fleet of curated phinisi schooners, superyachts, and private aircraft. He is an expert in vessel specifications, crew qualifications, and aviation logistics within Indonesia.
